The Manatee Pocket Dredging Project’s purpose is to restore a navigable waterway within the Manatee Pocket, while also preserving
its rich history and unique environmental habitat.
The Manatee Pocket Project and the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection invite you to a workshop to learn how to obtain permits for
private dredging projects.

Manatee Pocket waterfront property owners interested in "piggybacking" with the Manatee Pocket project and having their own
docking facilities dredged.
